Grant Application Form
The Mary Chilton DAR Foundation Form consists of seven components:
- General Information; which asks for basic information about a grant seeker's organization and grant request.
- Background & Significance; which provides a description of the project and how it relates to the Mary Chilton DAR Foundation goals of patriotism, historic preservation or unique educational opportunities.
- Plan of Work; which asks for information regarding the plan of work for the project, including relevant dates of completion of each stage of work and what the dates and amounts when funds will be needed.
- Budget; provide a budget breakdown of all estimated project costs.
- Project Alternatives; asks if a portion of the project cost be considered if the full amount cannot be funded.
- Additional Information; asks for additional information, if any for the project.
